What to include

  • Device model, OS version, and where you got the build.
  • What happened, what you expected, and whether the issue repeats.
  • Screenshots or short video if they help explain the problem.

For privacy or account questions

  • The email address you used to contact CodeFuture, if any.
  • The product or page your question relates to.
  • A clear description of the request so CodeFuture can respond directly.

Current status

Balloon Pop is not a live service yet.

Balloon Pop is currently a prototype / coming-soon title. There is no public App Store release, no live multiplayer service, and no player chat system today.

If and when CodeFuture opens TestFlight or App Store distribution, this page will be updated with build-specific support notes, known issues, and any platform-specific instructions.

If a future purchase flow is handled through Apple, refunds and purchase support may also depend on Apple's systems and policies.
